Watching a launch from Kennedy Space Center is unforgettable — fighting Space Coast launch-day traffic in a rental car is not. Our Kennedy Space Center launch transportation is built specifically for SpaceX, ULA, NASA, and Blue Origin launches: VIP guest pickups, corporate group shuttles, and families coming in from Orlando hotels.
Every launch transport includes live launch-status monitoring. If the launch scrubs, we reschedule your return at no charge. If it holds, we wait — meter doesn't run. We've moved guests for Crew-9, Artemis I, Starship demo missions, and dozens of Falcon 9 commercial flights.
Whether you have one VIP attending an Atlas V launch or a corporate group of 40 watching from the Saturn V Center, our Mercedes sedans, Cadillac Escalade SUVs, and 14-passenger Sprinter executive vans get your party there comfortably — and back.

Built for Launch-Day Traffic — Scrubs, Holds, and Re-Flights
Launch day around KSC is chaos: SR-528, SR-405, and US-1 turn into parking lots starting 4 hours before T-0. Our chauffeurs route around the bottlenecks using local back roads only a Brevard County driver knows — your party arrives at the viewing site early, relaxed, and parked at the correct gate (LC-39A, Saturn V Center, Apollo/Saturn V VIP, or the press site).
When a launch scrubs or slips by 24–72 hours — which happens on roughly 1 in 3 SpaceX missions — we re-book your return car at no charge. When a launch holds inside T-30 and you're already on-site, we hold too. Meter doesn't start running, and we don't release the vehicle to another customer.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if the launch scrubs?+
Scrubs are common — Falcon 9 missions scrub roughly 1 in 3 times. If your launch slips by a day or more, we re-book your return car at no charge and hold your reservation for the next attempt.
Can you get us into the VIP Saturn V Center?+
We provide transportation to the gate. Access to LC-39 Observation Gantry, Saturn V Center VIP, or the Apollo/Saturn V Press Site requires a KSC-issued credential — we drop you at the correct gate with your chauffeur waiting nearby.
How early should we leave for a launch?+
We typically recommend arriving at the viewing site 3–4 hours before T-0. SR-405 and the NASA Causeway close to non-credentialed traffic well before launch — our chauffeurs route around the closures.
Do you handle astronaut family or aerospace VIP transport?+
Yes. We operate under NDA for several aerospace primes and have moved astronaut families, mission directors, and visiting heads of agency. Privacy and security protocols available on request.
Can we charter a vehicle for the day?+
Yes. Hourly charters with a 3-hour minimum are popular for launch day — your chauffeur stays with you from hotel pickup through post-launch return. Ideal when the launch holds or scrubs late.
Do you cover night launches?+
Yes. SpaceX and ULA both fly night missions regularly. Our dispatch runs 24/7 and night launch pricing is identical to daytime — no surcharge.
